Over-reacting PANIC

All I feel is panic, 

No words come out, 

It all races, 

And I’m engulfed in fear.

My heart races, 

A frenzy starts, 

The tears burn,

What is there to cling to?

I need something,

Anything,

Before I fall,

All is crumbling.

Overreaction, 

I know very well,

Chest is tight, 

I can’t find my air.

Where do I look? 

My stomach curls, 

Panic is increasing. 

There is no end.

Something to hold on to,

Anything at all, 

This overwhelming panic,

Where do you come from?

All is thought up,

Fear brings it out,

I know very well,

This over reacting panic.

Ridiculous thoughts,

This is common knowledge,

But how to get rid of them? 

These foolish overreactions.
